(NASDAQ:FHB) (the “Company”) announced today that it has completed its initial public offering of 24,250,000 shares of its common stock, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase an additional 3,163,043 shares, at $23.00 per share. The Company’s common stock began trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on August 4, 2016, under the ticker symbol “FHB”. The shares were sold by an affiliate of BNP Paribas, the Company’s parent.
