RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., July 27, 2017 -- G1 Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:GTHX), a clinical-stage oncology company, today announced that the Company will ring the Nasdaq Stock Market Closing Bell on Wednesday, August 2, 2017, at 4 p.m. EDT, at the Nasdaq MarketSite in New York City.
The bell ringing will celebrate G1’s May 17, 2017, initial public offering and listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. G1 employees will join Chief Executive Officer Mark Velleca, MD, PhD, as he performs the honorary closing bell ringing ceremony.
