PLATTSBURGH, N.Y., Dec. 05, 2017 -- HE-5 Resources Corp. wishes to inform its shareholders that it has received approval from FINRA for a name change from HE-5 Resources Corp. (Ticker symbol HRRN) to FansFrenzy Corporation, with a new ticker symbol (OTC:HRRND).
The name change will be effective at opening on December 5th, 2017. The new symbol will be HRRND. The “D” will be removed in 20 business days and the symbol will change to FFZY.
FINRA has also approved the 100 to 1 reverse split to our stock. The reverse split will also take effect December 5th, 2017 at opening.

This is part of our reorganization to attract new investments and actively create a new board of directors in order to fulfill our business plan.
