BALA CYNWYD, Pa., May 19, 2017 -- Hamilton Lane (NASDAQ:HLNE) announced today that J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, the joint book-running managers in Hamilton Lane’s recent initial public offering of Class A common stock, have agreed to waive a lock-up restriction to permit an officer of Hamilton Lane to exercise his options to purchase 233,495 shares of Hamilton Lane’s Class A common stock (the “Options”). Any shares of Class A common stock received by such officer pursuant to the exercise of the Options will remain subject to lock-up restrictions for the term of the lock-up agreement. The waiver will take effect on May 23, 2017. The existence of the Options was previously disclosed in Hamilton Lane’s Registration Statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-215846), as amended.
