SAN JOSE, Calif., Jan. 26, 2017 -- Heritage Commerce Corp (Nasdaq:HTBK), today announced that its Board of Directors increased the quarterly cash dividend 11% to $0.10 per share to holders of common stock. The dividend will be payable on February 24, 2017, to shareholders of record at close of business day on February 10, 2017.
“The strength of our earnings and our solid capital position have again allowed us to increase our quarterly cash dividend, which reflects our commitment to providing returns to our loyal shareholders,” said Walter Kaczmarek, President and Chief Executive Officer.
