(the “Company”) (NASDAQ:HOPE), the holding company of Bank of Hope, today reported that it is in the final stages of completing the audit for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2016. Based on the information currently available to the Company, management expects to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 within the next few days.
As previously stated, the Company does not expect to report in its Annual Report on Form 10-K any material changes to its financial results from those previously reported in the January 24, 2017 press release for the Company’s financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2016.
