Ivanka Trump is the second child of Donald Trump with his first wife, Ivana. She became a political figure after her father assigned her to be one of his senior advisers in 2017. She is apparently strong but it was revealed she made the POTUS emotional during the recent campaign for the election.
Ivanka Trump was with Donald Trump for most of his campaign trail and many times she also spoke at the events. She held solo rallies for her father as well and in the last campaign, she and the POTUS spoke at the “Make America Great Again” rally and a body language expert dissected Donald and Ivanka’s gestures and actions.
The First Daughter’s body language
The father and daughter appeared before a large crown in Wisconsin and made their final speech just a day before the 2020 US election. Ivanka Trump addressed the crowds in a more upbeat manner which was in contrast to Donald Trump’s seemingly less confident approach.
Body language expert Judi James said that while Melania Trump remained stiff but oozing with elegance as she stood beside the president Ivanka was more lively. As per the expert, this made it feels like she is friendlier and more accessible.
Ivanka Trump’s speech also brought some humor in the campaign where Donald Trump appeared to be so drained already. Thus, it can be said that she revved up the event and made it lively.
James further stated that Ivanka also made her father emotional as she spoke about him and urged the people to vote and have her father serve the country for four more years. As usual, she opened her speech with full praise for the president.
"She seems to be fired up with energy just as her father might finally be looking rather tired and she appears to draw a more emotional and even modest side out from Trump as she praises him,” Express quoted Judi James as saying.
She added, "Standing with his arms to his sides he performs an up-turned, mouth-clamp smile and even jiggles his head in a gesture of modesty as she tells the audience that ‘Washington hasn’t changed Donald Trump, Donald Trump has changed Washington.’"
Trump's election protests
In any case, Donald Trump has been filing cases to stop the counting of ballots in some key states where he was also expecting to win. He has been saying that the election turned fraud because there has been dumping of ballots that is supposedly meant to boost his rival’s number of votes.
However, the Associated Press reported that judges in both Michigan and Georgia already dismissed Donald Trump’s lawsuits. The dismissal of the cases allegedly stop the strategy to soil and attack the integrity of the voting process in the US states. It was said that this could mean that Ivanka Trump’s father has lost in the election.
