Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt have been divorced for nearly 15 years and they have also moved on by marrying again. Both have divorced their spouses once again and even after all these years, fans have been rooting for the former “Golden Couple” to reunite.
Their wish came true when Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt shared sweet moments during the 26th Annual SAG Awards that took place earlier this year. But they want to see more of these reunions and luckily, this will be granted again after it was confirmed that the two will appear on the virtual table reading of the 1982 hit movie “Fast Times at Ridgemont High.”
Jen and Brad’s latest reunion has been set
Comedian Dane Cook arranged for this table read and gathered many of Hollywood’s A-list stars to participate. It was scheduled to happen on Aug. 21 but the comedian abruptly announced that the event has been postponed due to technical issues. On his post on Instagram, he wrote: “Sadly this pandemic is not only postponing classes in 2020 but also at ‘Ridgemont High in 1982!’”
Fans were looking forward to this table reading that will show Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt in one screen. However, they need to wait a bit more for a new schedule.
“Fast Times” event is for good cause
The “Fast Times” Feelin’ Alive visual table reading event has been organized by Cook for a good cause. It was meant to be a fundraiser to help out two non-profit groups such as the CORE and REFORM Alliance in their relief fund for COVID-19.
CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort) was founded by actor Sean Penn and CEO Ann Lee while the REFORM Alliance was launched last year by high-profile personalities like Meek Mill and Jay-Z. The former has been raising funds to fight coronavirus and provide relief and testing kits in the U.S.
Fans who will watch the live streams will see a “donate” button on the page. The donations will go directly to the said organizations. Viewers can also anticipate the appearance of Julia Roberts, Sean Penn, John Legend, Morgan Freeman, Jimmy Kimmel and Ray Liotta Penn.
How, when and where to watch it
As per the New York Post, the virtual table read that will feature Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt Will be viewable on Facebook Live and TikTok on CORE’s official pages. People can also use LiveXLive to stream the “Fast Times” event.
As to when it will premiere, Cook told The Hollywood Reporter, “We want to deliver the absolute best night of entertainment possible and raise money for two incredible organizations. A new date and time will be announced shortly.”
