Kate Middleton’s brother James Middleton’s ex-girlfriend, Donna Air, recently talked about Prince Harry.
While speaking with Daily Mail, Air shockingly hinted at wanting to date the Duke of Sussex primarily because he’s a wonderful man who prioritizes his wife and son over himself.
“I’ve met the prince and he’s lovely. They seem like a very nice couple. Why should they not have the best shot at their relationship, a bit of private time?” she said.
Air also told royal fans that even though they may love Prince Harry, they should remember that they don’t own him. As such, he should be able to do whatever he wants especially now that he has quit the royal family.
“I think it’s quite amazing that he’s put his wife and child first. Isn’t that how we’re supposed to be? Shouldn’t most men put their wives and children first? Don’t we all want a husband like Harry? Of course, we do,” she said.
Air and James dated each other for a few years before calling it quits in 2017. Shortly after, Air dated property developer Ben Carrington. However, they have also ended their relationship.
While speaking with Weekend magazine, Air revealed that the main reason behind her split from the Duchess of Cambridge’s younger brother was timing. According to Air, things just weren’t meant to be for her and James even though they were together for five years.
“He’s a great guy and we had a lot of fun. The timing wasn’t right. I wish him nothing but happiness,” she said.
At present, James is already engaged to his fiancée, Alizee Thevenet. James and Thevenet first met each other in the summer, and they got engaged in October of last year.
James proudly showed off his beautiful future wife on his Instagram account alongside a photo of the stunning engagement ring.
According to Town & Country, Thevenet works as an accomplished financial analyst. She can also fluently speak Spanish and English.
