Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are still an unofficial couple despite attending the Met Gala 2019 last month. But even though this is the case, there have been rumors that the pair are planning to live together under the same roof.
So is there any veracity to the claim? Well, judging by the recent comments of Jamie Foxx about his relationship with Katie Holmes, it appears that the duo isn’t planning to do such a thing. Not at the moment, at least.
According to Page Six, Jamie Foxx was overheard giving an update about his romance with Katie Holmes when he was attending the Corkcicle’s Rosé Day LA public event. The eavesdropper said that the pair’s relationship is “stronger than ever” and the stars are doing the best they can to make a long-distance relationship work.
The duo is expected to not see each other in the next months as their schedule is currently booked. Katie Holmes is set to promote “Brahms: The Boy 2,” the horror sequel to the film “The Boy” released in 2016. Similar to the first movie, the story centers around a doll who forms an eerie relationship with a young child. Jamie Foxx, on the other hand, is reportedly being eyed to star in “The Wild Bunch.”
The film is a remake of the 1969 classic movie of the same name. Apart from Jamie Foxx, Michael Fassbender and Peter Dinklage are being considered as well. But even with the pair’s schedule taking much of their time, it will not be affecting their relationship as this isn’t their first rodeo.
In the six years that they’ve been together, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have shown that they can handle being apart for months on end. It appears that not seeing each other only strengthens their bond, which is an indication of how mature their relationship is. So here’s to hoping that the two will have an ever after everything is said and done. After all, Holmes deserves it after what she went through when she was with Tom Cruise.
