Katie Holmes and Justin Theroux are singles so it is natural for them to date. Both have experienced being in a high-profile marriage and now there are rumors that they are romantically involved.
Holmes is divorced since 2012 and she was the one who called it quits with Tom Cruise. On the other hand, Theroux’s marriage to Jennifer Aniston was a short-lived marriage that only lasted for two years. Their decision to break up was mutual so it was sort of an amicable separation.
Blossoming new love for Katie and Justin
At any rate, Star magazine reported that Katie Holmes and Justin Theroux have been in a relationship for quite a while now but not many people know about it because they are supposedly “dating in secret.” The two are said to go on dates in public but it is usually just dining out together.
They were first spotted in a restaurant in New York and the pair was so low-key that people did not notice them. Katie and Justin are said to have hit it off and they are obviously happy with their relationship. However, the magazine described the relationship as “revenge romance” as it happened right after the “Dawson’s Creek” star called it quits with her long-time boyfriend Jamie Foxx.
“Justin and Katie hit it off immediately,” the source allegedly told the magazine. “It was very romantic and pretty much an ultimate first date.”
The truth about their romance
Gossip Cop confidently quashed this story because it found no evidence that Katie Holmes and Justin Theroux are actually dating. It was added that the truth is - the two do not even know each other personally. The gossip police also pointed out that the only common thing that the actors have is the fact that they are both living in New York.
Plus, sure they have dated famous people but Katie Holmes and Justin Theroux have never been involved with each other. The only instance that they could have met in person was possibly in events like an awards night and nothing else. Finally, their dating rumor was actually debunked last year but it keeps on resurfacing as tabloid magazines continue to cover these kinds of false stories about famous people.
