Lee Min Ho remains to be a talk of the town despite the fact that he has been away from the spotlight since he started his mandatory military service in May 2017 at the Suseo Social Welfare Center in Gangnam District Office. The former beau of Suzy Bae is, currently, serving as a public service officer. The 31-year-old South Korean superstar is set to complete his service on May 11, 2019. Now, avid followers of Lee Min Ho are very much interested to know what his activities would be after serving in the military.
Speculations suggest that Lee Min Ho is very likely to return to work again. Rumors are rife that the ex-boyfriend of Suzy Bae would do another television series or movie. There are even claims saying that he could reunite with Park Shin Hye in the yet-to-be-confirmed “The Heirs 2” series.
Most fans can recall that Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye portrayed the roles of Kim Tan and Cha Eun Sang, respectively, in the popular SBS series. For starters, “The Heirs” centered on the story of a wealthy heir to a Korean conglomerate called Jeguk Group who was exiled along with his brother Kim Won (Choi Jin Hyuk) to the United States. While staying in the so-called “Land of Free,” Tan met Eun Sang and fell in love with her right away.
Others, however, speculate that Lee Min Ho might not return to the spotlight yet and take a rest, instead, after his service. In April 2018, the former lover of Suzy Bae completed his 4-week military training at the Korea Army Training Center in Nonsan, South Chungcheong province. “The Legend of the Blue Sea” star was exempted from being an active duty soldier because of the injuries he suffered from a car accident in 2006.
In November 2017, the Suzy Bae’s spokesperson confirmed that the actress and the “City Hunter” actor have broken up after years of dating. Neither of the two revealed the ultimate reason behind the shocking split. However, reports suggested that it could be because Lee Min Ho and Suzy Bae wanted to focus more on their duties while they are away from each other.
MYM Entertainment, the actor’s current agency, has yet to comment on the reports claiming that Lee Min Ho is returning to acting after discharge. Hence, fans of Suzy Bae’s former boyfriend should take these unverified claims lightly until everything is proven true and correct.
