Korman as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Bank. Rona will bring to Malvern a wide range of experience in corporate and banking law, lending, workout and corporate governance. “Ms. Korman has a strong background on all legal affairs including real estate, corporate, employment, insurance, construction, advertising, and litigation. We are thrilled to bring her on to our team at this time. She has been providing legal expertise to Malvern over the last several years and is already familiar with our organization and many of our team members,” commented Anthony C. Rona E. Korman of West Orange NJ, is the former General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer of Center Bancorp, Inc.; a position she held for a number of years. Prior to that she was General Counsel for Big M, Inc.; a position she held for 20 years. Most recently Rona has been in private practice representing financial institutions, real estate developers and retail companies. Rona graduated Cum Laude from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and earned a J.D. from Rutgers University, School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. She is admitted to the New Jersey Bar.
