GREAT NECK, N.Y., Aug. 09, 2016 -- Manhattan Bridge Capital, Inc. (NASDAQ:LOAN), a real estate finance company specializing in originating, funding, servicing and managing a portfolio of short-term loans secured by first mortgage liens on real estate, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 672,269 common shares, par value $0.001 per share, at a price to the public of $5.95 per share. The gross proceeds to Manhattan Bridge Capital, Inc. from this offering are expected to be approximately $4,000,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses. Manhattan Bridge Capital, Inc. has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 100,840 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on August 15, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
Aegis Capital Corp. is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
