Melania Trump has been accused of telling lies on multiple occasions, and almost always she has been busted for it.
During her first interview as the first lady of the United States, the FLOTUS talked about her mom’s job back in Slovenia. Melania revealed that she loves fashion because it has always been in her blood. After all, her mom was a fashion designer.
According to Political Flare, this isn’t necessarily the truth. The FLOTUS’s mom worked as a pattern-maker at a children’s clothing factory.
In the book “Melania Trump: My World,” a brief introduction about the first lady states that she graduated from the University of Slovenia with a degree in architecture and design. However, Snopes revealed that this is another lie.
The first lady did not complete her college education because she worked as a model at a young age. The publication also revealed that there’s no school in Slovenia that’s called the University of Slovenia.
Donald Trump’s wife also proudly revealed that she can speak six languages fluently, which includes English, Slovenian, French, Italian, Serbo-Croatian, and German. But a language expert said that this is another lie from the first lady.
The FLOTUS may be able to say a few words in French and Italian, but this doesn’t mean that she’s fluent in both languages. When Melania met Pope Francis at the Vatican, the latter spoke to her in Italian, and it was evident that she didn’t understand a single word.
During her previous visit to a children’s hospital in France, the FLOTUS introduced herself in French. But she spoke with the kids in English thereafter.
But perhaps the most personal lie that Melania has said had to do with her 13-year-old son, Barron Trump. Following the birth of Barron, the first lady said that she won’t hire a nanny to help her with raising her son.
However, the POTUS previously revealed that a woman has been helping Melania in raising their son. And Melania’s parents also helped take care of Barron when he was much younger.
