“My DeFi Pet” is one of the newest NFT games today. It is now part of the new batch of state-of-the-art decentralized gaming platforms where players can have fun playing while also having a chance to earn cryptocurrencies.
It has an in-game crypto-token in its system, so it is reliable. In May, the “My DeFi Pet” NFT game was launched by KardiaChain, the first decentralized, interoperable, and self-optimized blockchain platform. The game is a mobile NFT collectibles gameplay that blends traditional gaming format and innovative blockchain technology that has decentralized finance features that give players a different kind of playing experience.
In a press release, it was stated that “My DeFi Pet” was developed in cooperation with TopeBox, a Vietnam-based games developer. It is a blockchain-based virtual game that makes use of decentralized finance (DeFi) and non-fungible token (NFT) modules and runs on the Kardiachain and Binance Smart Chain system network.
How to earn in the “My DeFi Pet” game
There are three ways to earn in this browser-based game, and the first one is by selling DPET. Yugatech explained that this token is the main in-game currency in the game and is usually used for summoning new eggs, breeding, and evolving monsters. Players can also use DPET for joining special events where they can earn rewards.
In the game, players can earn by engaging in in-game missions with other pets. If a player wins in the fights, he or she can sell the token via the exchange platforms.
Another way to earn is through auctioning the monsters that they have bred. Players can sell their monsters and gain tokens after bidding on the platform.
Lastly, players can participate in the developer’s season rewards where the earnings are really high. In fact, the reward in the first season reached as high as $100,000.
How to play the game
There are many missions in “My Defi Pet,” in addition to events and tasks to be completed. Players compete with other players, especially in a play-to-earn mode. To start playing, one just needs to sign up and open an account that should be linked to their Binance Chain (BSC) wallet.
Players must have their own monster, and they can get this by buying an egg at the Pet store using the DPET. The monsters should be fed and nurtured, then breed more species of monsters.
