“My Hero Academia” chapter 261 will be out soon, and it will follow the story titled “Life’s Work.” This will reveal the next scenes after Endeavor, and his group raided the hospital where Daruma Ujiko, whose real name is Maruta Shiga, has been found to be operating.
This raid resulted from months of surveillance and intelligence reports from spies, and after confirming their suspicions about the doctor, Enji set out to get Ujiko. The heroes believe that this is the doctor who is responsible for the creation of Nomu’s to bring down the heroes’ academy.

Chapter 260 showed Endeavor apprehended Daruma, who aged very quickly after his quirk has been wiped out by Eraserhead. With what they just witnessed, the heroes began to wonder if this kind of quirk has been utilized for the regeneration of the Nomu’s.
Now, since Daruma is a doctor know for his endless good deeds, the hospital staff tried to protect him when Endeavor arrived, but they eventually paved the way for him when they heard about the doctor’s crimes. It was revealed that Maruta Shiga has been making clones by using Twice’s quirk, and his master project has always been Tomura Shigaraki.
Plot prediction
“My Hero Academia” chapter 261 is expected to reveal Tomura Shigaraki’s newly-installed powers. With him waking up, the Paranormal Liberation War Arc has officially started, and it was said that this would be the darkest arc in this anime series.
It also appears that Endeavor will get a hold of Maruta and likely to be imprisoned. Then again, while escaping from the hands of the heroes will be difficult, it is possible for some plot twists. The raid in the medical facility will continue in “My Hero Academia” chapter 261, and it would be interesting to see what other quirks and Nomu’s they will discover in the lab.

“My Hero Academia” chapter 261 will arrive on Feb. 16 as per Otakukart. Raw scans will be available on Feb. 15, so there will be more spoilers before the actual release of the story. Lastly, fans can read the manga for free via Viz Media and Manga Plus.
