“NBA 2K20” developers have finally updated the game to include Chris Bosh in the Miami Heat All-Time and ‘12-’13 Classic rosters. And fans are only asking why it took 2K Games to make these changes months after the basketball sim was released.
‘NBA 2K20’ developers update Classic and All-Team lineups and adds Miami Heat’s Chris Bosh
All-Time and Classic teams have become some of the fan-favorite features of the video game series even before “NBA 2K20.” They allow gamers to relive the glory days of their favorite teams or the best seasons of the favorite players. That means Classic teams are usually the formations that won the franchise an NBA championship title. As for Bosh, he was present for two of Miami Heat’s three title wins and was part of the team’s “Big Three” era along with Dwyane Wade and LeBron James.
Bosh was active in the NBA for 14 years having spent half of it with the Heat until he failed his physicals in 2017 due to his blood clotting issues. Despite Bosh’s hopes to return in the NBA in 2018 and after being waived by the Heat, he retired from the league along with the retirement of his Heat jersey in early 2019.
Video game fans’ responses are generally positive about the “NBA 2K20” update. In fact, some of them are only asking what took 2K Games this long to add Bosh to the said All-Time and Classic rosters. One fan even pointed out that how come Wade and James were placed on those rosters quickly while leaving out Bosh until the update on Wednesday.

Bosh is also now included in the Toronto Raptors All-Time roster while “NBA 2K20” players will also find several updates starting this week. Jason Eugene Terry has been added to the Dallas Mavericks All-Time and ‘10-’11 rosters. D.J. Augustin is now part of the Orlando Magic All-Time team while Tony Allen is now with the Boston Celtics ‘07-’08 lineup.

The NBA celebrated Vince Carter as the only player in the league’s history to play in for different decades. Carter officially marked the milestone last Jan. 4 in the Atlanta Hawks’ match against the Indiana Pacers. Carter was drafted fifth overall in 1998 – a year before “NBA 2K” launched its first game – and eventually won the Rookie of the Year award. This makes him present in all “NBA 2K” games ever released.
