The customer is a $1.4B nonprofit organization with more than 37 million members nationally. The engagement includes a multi-year SaaS subscription to Bridgeline’s comprehensive experience management suite which includes Web Content Management and Digital Marketing Automation, as well as associated professional services. Bridgeline will develop a custom website offering an improved online experience for their members. The new solution will also host upgraded administrative functionality providing greater insight into their member interactions.
