A company owned by the NAT Chairman & CEO, Herbjorn Hansson and his son, Alexander, today bought 250,000 shares in NAT at an average price of $5.70 per share.
In addition to the holdings of the past, following today's transaction, the immediate Hansson family holds shares equivalent to 3.2% of NAT.
