MONTERREY, Mexico, April 07, 2016 -- Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (NASDAQ:OMAB) (BMV:OMA), today announced that its Board of Directors will propose to the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on April 14, 2016 the declaration of a dividend of Ps. 1,400 million, or Ps. 3.50 per share, to be paid in a single installment no later than April 30, 2016.
