The war between the kingdoms of Re-Estize and Sorcerer is about to unfold in the upcoming episodes. As for “Overlord” season 3 episode 11, fans will be watching a battle between Prince Barbro’s men and the Goblin Army in the Carne Village.
Fans may have noticed that the anime series is now adapting parts of The Magic Caster of Destroy arc of the light novel series. Previously, King Ramposa III was seen opting to go to war against Ainz Ooal Gown instead of giving up the E-Rantel city. In “Overlord” season 3 episode 11, viewers will find the war advancing and will start in the Carne Village.
In the preview for “Overlord” season 3 episode 11, fans saw a glimpse of the Carne Village and its residents. The brief teaser shows the chieftain Enri and her husband, Nfirea, who is also a known pharmacist in E-Rantel.
Like in the light novel, “Overlord” season 3 episode 11 will show that Enri has formed an alliance with the Goblin Army. Though King Ramposa III prohibits Prince Barbro from fighting, the crowned prince still instigates rebellion by declaring Ainz as an enemy of the kingdom despite knowing that the people of Carne Village are loyal to the Sorcerer King.
Prince Barbro’s declaration will not sit well with Enri’s people. The crowned prince then sees this as an opportunity to prove that he can lead and orders his army to attack Carne Village. But, as can be seen in the “Overlord” season 3 episode 11 preview, the Goblin Army will be there to protect Enri and her people. A battle will definitely ensue.
Meanwhile, the “Overlord” season 3 episode 11 preview also shows a glimpse of the werewolf battle maid Lupusregina Beta observing the attack of Carne Village. Her presence is another piece of bad news for Prince Barbro.
With help from the Goblin Army, Prince Barbro’s efforts to seize control of Carne Village will turn out to be futile. The remaining troops of Prince Barbro will then retreat to the Katze Plains. But the appearance of Lupusregina in the “Overlord” season 3 episode 11 preview hints that all the attackers will be killed eventually, including Prince Barbro. This episode, titled “Another Battle,” airs on Tuesday, Sept. 18, at 9 a.m. ET via a simulcast on Crunchyroll.
