Puma, New Balance, and Adidas have reportedly contacted seven-time NBA All-Star Kyrie Irving to offer him a deal.
Irving is without a sneaker deal after Nike cut ties in November.
The Brooklyn Nets guard and his representatives did meet with independent sneaker owner SIA, but there’s no imminent decision on signing with the company.
Irving isn’t just looking for the most amount of money thrown at him in the new deal but is looking for things that matter to him which include equity, creative control, and community impact.
New Balance signed Kawhi Leonard and Zach Lavine, while Puma has LaMelo Ball and DeAndre Ayton, and Adidas has players like James Harden and Damian Lillard.
