Its Razer Phone is set to launch on November 17th and it is already making waves in both the smartphone and gaming communities due to its features. With a 120Hz display and 8GB of RAM, this handset is a monster.
Because the phone was made by Razer, a company that made its mark as a serious PC gaming resource, it’s to be expected that the Razer Phone is made to be a gaming device. The phone even packs dual amplifiers and a DAC certified by THX, so the sound is going to be a cut above many other handsets in the market. Naturally, Razer thought of the battery troubles that often plague smartphone users, which is why the Razer Phone comes with a 4,000mAh. The unit also comes with the Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+, thus significantly increasing the recharge speed.
With its 5.7-inch IGZO LCD display, the phone is quite large, which goes well with its 1440 x 2560 resolution. Its 8GB of RAM also ensures amazing performance, as far as mobile games go, and its 64GB internal space with expandable microSD storage makes file sizes a non-issue.
As for the price, the Razer Phone is launching at $699.99, which is more than justifiable given how beefy this handheld rig is. Customers can get their hands on the device by visiting Razer’s official website, Phone Arena reports, as well as Amazon. The unit will even be available in select Microsoft stores, which is not that strange since Razer laptops are also sold via these retailers.
