SINGAPORE, March 10, 2017 -- Club 21, highly regarded as one of the most fashion-forward style emporiums in Asia, has recently partnered with SmartOSC to launch its corporate site as well as a newly-enhanced e-commerce website, marking an important milestone in its omnichannel strategy. The new storefront houses more than 150 designer women’s, men’s, kids and lifestyle brands, across a diverse range of price points. Orders can be made in five currencies (SGD, USD, THB, AUD and HKD) and shipped to more than 50 countries.
The luxury fashion retailer partnered with SmartOSC, one of the largest e-commerce agencies in the region, to re-build and maintain its Club 21 and Kids 21 online storefront, following a competitive pitch in early 2016.
Built upon Magento Enterprise, the new e-commerce platform offers an innovative look, in addition to providing a seamless, mobile-friendly checkout process, across the adults and kids sites. In addition, users can enjoy a revamped find-a-store function, and all customer service touch points online.
At the next stage, Club 21 looks at leveraging more in-store and digital technologies to enhance its innovative customer experience across all channels.
Mei Lee, Senior VP of Digital at Club 21 said, “The feedback so far has been very positive. I’m excited about the opportunity of working together and look forward to a long-term relationship.”
SmartOSC’s strong domain knowledge in e-commerce has successfully supported Club 21’s omnichannel strategy, creating a new and exciting shopping experience for consumers. “It’s been a great pleasure working with Mei and her team. We are delighted to be a partner in this challenging journey. Our deep platform expertise combined with the scalability, has been a key value to fulfill Club 21’s requirements”, commented Thai Son, Founder and Partner at SmartOSC.
