Sofia Vergara and Heidi Klum are said to be in bad terms while filming “America’s Got Talent” season 15. The two developed a conflict as the latter is allegedly insecure by the mere fact that the 47-year-old actress joined the show.
The cause of the alleged rift
Based on the report that appeared on Life & Style magazine, the 46-year-old model feels “threatened” when Vergara was named as one of the judges in the talent show. Klum feels that the American-Colombian actress should not be treated better than her while on the set because it will really be upsetting and uncomfortable for her.
“Heidi wants to be treated like a bigger star than Sofia,” the tipster told the magazine. “She means she should have a bigger dressing room, a driver and she gets to keep her seat next to Simon Cowell. There was no way Heidi was going to get paid less than her even though Vergara is arguably more famous.”
The thing is - Heidi Klum does not want to be second fiddle to anyone, especially Sofia Vergara. The source claimed was how the two “AGT” season 15 judges’ conflict started.
What is the truth?
It seems that the report about Klum and Vergara’s “feud” is made up. In other words, it is false because the actress herself even wrote on social media that she had the best time on her first day of joining “America’s Got Talent” family.
On March 3, Vergara wrote: “First day at my new job!! @agt season 15. I had the best time! Thank u to my new family @simoncowell @howiemandel @heidiklum @terrycrews.” Her post includes a group photo with her new colleagues she just mentioned.
And this is not all, Heidi Klum has nothing to say but good words to her new co-judge panel in “AGT.” In her recent interview with Parade, the model described how it was working with the actress.
“She was nervous. Coming in, obviously, because when you do something for such a long time (like Modern Family), ‘It’s like I’m the new kid in the school.” Klum shared. “But I said, ‘You have all great classmates. There’s nothing you can do wrong here. Just speak your truth, whatever you see, don’t hold back.”
