(OTCPink:SBAZ) (“Company”), the holding company for Mohave State Bank (“Bank”), today announced its Board of Directors increased its regular quarterly cash dividend by 14% to $0.04 per share. The dividend is payable on or about September 30, 2017 to shareholders of record on September 15, 2017. Based on the current share price, the annualized dividend yield is 1.95%.
