Suri Cruise rumors: Katie Holmes's teenage daughter is reportedly helping her move on from Jamie Foxx

Suri Cruise is obviously one of the most important persons to Katie Holmes. But that also meant that many tabloid stories would link the 13-year-old girl to her mother’s love life. And that is what has been happening since the actress reportedly broke up with actor-singer Jamie Foxx.

In almost every Hollywood breakups, tabloids run stories that the women in the relationship would need extravagant makeovers to feel good about themselves again. Katie was not spared from that type of rumor when it was reported that she and Foxx have called it quits. The only thing different here is that celeb gossip outlets are including Suri in the stories.

A good example was a story recently published by Life & Style (via Gossip Cop), where a source claimed that Suri was helping Katie revamp her wardrobe. The tipster said the “Dawson’s Creek” alum had a new fashion rule, and that was to avoid comfortable clothes and “mom jeans” allegedly to prove the “Django Unchained” star he was wrong. The same source added that Suri has been joining Katie in shopping to fill her wardrobe exclusively with designer clothes.

Other rumors have gone further by claiming that Suri was directly affected by the breakup. In Touch reported that Katie’s daughter was sad over the end of their relationship because she allegedly felt as if losing a second father. It was an obvious reference to Suri’s seemingly estranged relationship with her father and Katie’s ex-husband, Tom Cruise.

However, both reports have been dismissed by Katie’s official representative. The spokesperson of the actress told Gossip Cop that In Touch got it all wrong about Suri’s reaction to Katie’s recent breakup.

Suri Cruise’s mother searching for a new man?

It was not surprising that the statements from Katie’s rep did not stop from the rumors to continue and even sound wilder. A more recent story came out of In Touch, suggesting that the fashionista has been desperate in finding a new man to date and be a father figure to Suri.

“She’s already been on at least three successful dates, but she’s keeping her options open,” a source of the publication claimed. But, just like the earlier stories, this was also debunked by a representative of Suri’s mother.
