HAMILTON, Bermuda, Oct. 03, 2017 -- Teekay Corporation (Teekay or the Company) (NYSE:TK) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.055 per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2017. The cash dividend is payable on November 15, 2017 to all shareholders of record as at November 3, 2017.
