The synopsis for “The Promised Neverland” Episode 4 has been out for a few days and it would appear that someone has betrayed Emma, Norman, and Ray. Isabella appears to be unnervingly informed with regards to their activities. This could only mean that someone has been betraying them and it could only be one of the kids. Little do Emma and Norman know that it is actually Ray who is the culprit.
As Comic Book reports, the synopsis for the next episode in “The Promised Neverland” is already available for reading on Twitter and it speaks of betrayal. Emma and her friends will even mobilize the other kids in order to find this traitor in their midst. Suffice it to say, “The Promised Neverland” Episode 4 is going to be another suspenseful ride.
“Emma is disturbed when she finds out there’s a child who’s betrayed them by informing Isabella of their activities. Norman and Ray even mobilize in order to discover who’s betrayed them. On the other hand, Isabella summons Krone and in order to ask her about the living situation at the house...” the synopsis reads.
“How will Emma and her comrades move forward? Emma wants to have faith in the children who live in the house. She takes Ray’s advice and surveys Gilda and the others.”

To the immense shock of Emma and Norman, they will discover later on that Ray is the traitor in “The Promised Neverland” Episode 4. This is a huge blow to the trio’s operations because he is a major player in the whole escape plan. Fortunately, it would appear that he has a good reason for feeding Isabella information. Rather than sabotage their escape, it would seem that Ray believes his actions can actually help them.
Based on this alone, “The Promised Neverland” Episode 4 is already looking like it’s a must-watch. Viewers don’t have to wait long, as well, since it’s coming out on Jan. 31.
