Type 2 diabetes is one of the diseases that plague a portion of the world’s population, but it can, fortunately, be treated or at the very least, managed. Among those methods are supplements that can reduce a person’s blood sugar levels.
If left untreated, Type 2 diabetes can bring on very serious, even fatal complications to a person. Among those complications are kidney failure, nerve damage, heart disease, and even stroke. Doctor and television personality Hilary Jones revealed that there is another way for a person to keep their blood sugar levels in check. Along with proper medication, changes in diet as well as adequate exercise, blood sugar levels can be kept at bay with the use of supplements.
Jones said that although the condition affects a person for the rest of their life upon getting diagnosed, there is a way for them to manage it better. This kind of treatment can help get a person, who suffers from this condition, off their regular maintenance medication and put their blood sugar levels to “pre-diabetic” levels.
The supplements he recommends for people with type 2 diabetes are the Ojamin Herb and Fruit. This supplement is a “sugar-free” tonic that is made up of 14 unrefined ingredients. Some of those ingredients included have already been proven in many studies to be able to keep blood sugar levels in check as well as reduced resistance to insulin, weight loss, lowered cholesterol levels, and fat reduction. Ojamin Herb and Fruit is already being recommended as a supplement in many other countries for years as well, to further prove his point.
Although this supplement can help keep blood sugar levels at bay, this should not take the place of regular prescribed medication. Nor should it be regarded as a possible cure for the condition. Jones goes on to explain that this can be taken with the usual medication in order to provide relief from the symptoms and lower the risk of complications that can happen in the future.
Similar supplements can also be incorporated into a diabetic-friendly diet as well. Aloe vera, fenugreek, watermelon, basil, turmeric, and cumin are among the kinds of food that are acceptable.
