Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston just reunited at the SAG Awards, and there are rumors that they could be attending the Oscars together.
But after the awards season is over, there are rumors that Pitt and Aniston will be spending private time together in Mexico or in another vacation spot.
Heat claimed that the exes are already talking about their plans to hang out and discuss what’s really going on between them.
“They’re both dying to get away together, to Mexico or some other hot place to wind down. They’re both treading carefully, but looking ahead, Jen is hoping that she and Brad will be able to have a couple more holidays together, as well as some alone time at their homes. They have to figure out what it is they have together and how to take things forward,” an unnamed source told the tabloid.
However, there’s one major loophole in the tabloid’s story and that is, Pitt and Aniston have not rekindled their romance. As such, there’s no reason for them to talk about what’s really going on between them.
The former couple has made it clear that they are just friends. And it is unlikely that they have plans to go on a vacation together. Weeks ago, a source told TMZ that Pitt and Aniston only hang out and reunite at awards shows.
Pitt and Aniston also have a slew of common friends that’s why they cross paths every now and then. However, this doesn’t mean that they have become the best of friends.
The couple was married for five years before they decided to file for divorce. At that time, Pitt denied that Angelina Jolie had anything to do with his decision to call it quits with Aniston.
However, it was revealed over the years that Pitt had an affair with Jolie while they were on the set of “Mr. & Mrs. Smith.” Shortly after Pitt and Aniston’s divorce, the “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood” star made things official with Jolie.
