The initial launch includes offer optimization capabilities across channels, including email and web, empowering more relevant customer recommendations and messaging via a sophisticated predictive module that integrates seamlessly into the platform.

Alexei Kounine leads Selligent Marketing Cloud’s AI efforts, and is a leader in pioneering new innovations in relationship marketing technology, with a particular interest in data science and machine-learning. He was the co-founder and CEO of TasteHit, a startup developing AI-powered marketing tools for online retailers. Prior to founding TasteHit, Alexei spent six years at Cisco, where he has taken different roles in the Sales organization. Alexei holds an MA in Computer Science from the Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL), Lausanne, Switzerland.
