A TikTok user has shared a viral McDonald's 470-calorie McDouble meal hack that customers are calling "heaven sent." The meal keeps the calorie count low without sacrificing flavor.
Sam's McDonald's Diet Hack
Mirror US that an individual who uses TikTok has discovered a way to obtain lunch at the chain that yet allows her to maintain a calorie deficit. Sam, whose TikTok handle is @smallersam_pcos, provided a description of the meal that she typically orders when she visits McDonald's.
Through a combination of good food and exercise, Sam just shed two hundred pounds. McDonald's is still a staple in her diet.
There are times when it is tough to resist eating at fast food restaurants, particularly when you are seeking for a quick lunch on a budget. McDonald's has now introduced their $5 value meal, which consists of a choice between a McDouble or a McChicken sandwich, small fries, four pieces of Chicken McNuggets, and a small soft drink.
Calorie-Conscious McDouble Meal
A McDouble with no bun, no ketchup, no mustard, extra shredded lettuce, and extra pickles is precisely what she orders when she wants to eat healthily. The sandwich is topped with a delicious barbecue sauce that contains only 45 calories, and she utilizes the two burger patties as the buns for the sandwich sandwiches.
As stated by Parade, a single McDouble contains a total of 400 calories. Taking off the buns results in a reduction of 175 calories.
Diet Coke and a small fry, which has 230 calories, are also on her list of things to order. 470 calories are contained throughout the entire meal.
Customer Reactions to Viral Hack
Due to the fact that the meal contains 25 grams of protein, she will feel fuller for a longer period of time. Those that left comments stated that they couldn't wait to put the meal hack to the test.
"Just ordered this and didn't even miss the bun! These hacks are heaven sent for us girlies! Thank you!" one viewer remarked. "Your videos genuinely have been so helpful and inspiring. Thank you"
