Dr Alla Koblyakova is the course leader for Property Finance and Investment in the School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment at Nottingham Trent University. Alla designs and delivers modules for both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She supervises dissertations and PhDs in Real Estate Economics and Real Estate Finance covering behavioural finance, capital asset pricing modelling, real estate investments, financial regulation, commercial and residential market areas. Alla also leads her own and collaborative research being specifically interested in housing, mortgage finance and liquidity pricing issues.
