Most of my work till now has been on climate change law; this is not a surprise as I used to practice as a solicitor in an infrastructure team, as a researcher working on energy politics in a think-tank, and my PhD is on applying behavioural studies to formulating climate policy.
My approach is comparative: I think we understand something about a legal system or a particular law when we compare. An obvious question: how do we compare? This leads me to query buzzwords like interdisciplinarity and justice. In a roundabout way, I landed smack into legal theory.
