COLUMBIA, Md., July 12, 2017 -- dlhBOWLES Inc. continues to push the limits of their technology. In creating their new Nano-Nozzle™ for Camera and Sensor Wash they have been able to reduce packaging size while maintaining all the great benefits of fluidic nozzles. Lower flowrates, improved distribution and cold weather performance in this small of a package will provide future applications with a fully optimized solution for camera and sensor washing systems. “It’s always exciting to be a part of the development of such an amazing product. Being able to reinvent something at this level is part of why I enjoy my job so much,” said Zach Kline, Lead Engineer – Camera and Sensor Wash.

The Nano-Nozzle pushes fluidic nozzle packaging down to a cylindrical external geometry of 6mm with an overall length (including hose barb) to 38mm. With this reduced size, it will serve as a great building block for future Camera and Sensor Wash applications, making implementation easier for OEMs and 1st Tiers alike.
