HERNDON, Va., April 03, 2017 -- ePlus inc. (NASDAQ:PLUS) announced that ePlus common stock will begin trading today on a split-adjusted basis, consistent with its prior announcement on February 2, 2017. The 2-for-1 split was in the form of a 100 percent stock dividend.
The split will not alter a shareholder’s percentage of ownership of the Company nor the total value of all shares of the Company. As a result of the stock split, there are approximately 14.2 million shares of ePlus' common stock issued and outstanding.
