MATAWAN, N.J., Oct. 03, 2017 -- iCIMS, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based talent acquisition solutions, will host its iCIMS Women in Technology event on October 17th from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., focusing on addressing the gender gap in the technology industry. The panel discussion and networking event will feature a keynote presentation by VP & Chief Information Security Officer of Johnson & Johnson, Marene Allison and honored guest Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno.

A powerhouse panel discussion titled, “Women in Business in a Tech World,” moderated by Jennifer Scandariato, director of test engineering at iCIMS, will include Technology Leadership Consultant, Theresa Hennesy; Regional Vice President for Investments in the Broker Dealer Division for Columbia Threadneedle Investments for New Jersey, Deanna Farrugia; Vice President and Relationship Manager at PNC Bank, Christina Youngblood; Chief Engineering Officer of Outcome Health and former VP of Engineering at Twitter, Nandini Ramani; Technical Account Manager at iCIMS, Amber Brown.
Proactively addressing the gender gap in the technology industry, the iCIMS Women in Technology initiative empowers both male and female employees to take advantage of leadership training opportunities, develop mentor relationships, and recognize the success that all employees can have, regardless of gender.
