The current iteration of the iPad Pro has been performing well, but this doesn’t mean that customers are perfectly satisfied with what they got. There are many who would like to see some changes when it comes to the iPad Pro 2019 and the upcoming WWDC event could be where these changes manifest. Among the potential features to be revealed are mouse support, true dark mode, and better multitasking features.
Even though the iPad Pro 2018 has its many advantages, there are still many things that Apple could do to make it better, ZDNet notes. This is why, for the iPad Pro 2019, adding key features that have been missing up to this point would be ideal. There is no guarantee that they would actually be included, but Apple would be missing out if it doesn’t listen to customers.
Among the loudest calls with regards to features that need to be present in the iPad Pro 2019 is mouse support. While this would take away the main purposes of using a tablet with a touchscreen, there are still plenty of arguments to be made for having the ability to use a mouse with this device. This goes doubly true for when customers use it as a laptop replacement and are more used to the setup.
Then there’s the matter of a true Dark Mode, which is so far missing from the lineup. While there are options to darken the light of the device, they are mostly from third-party companies. The iPad Pro 2019 should come with official system support for the mode since it will improve overall user experience.
Finally, while it is possible to do multitasking with the multiple open windows, the iPad Pro 2019 could do with some improvements on that front. For example, it could make bringing up minimized windows better by keeping the icons open on the side. It would certainly make the work of having multiple windows open much easier.
