Delta Airlines is bringing back its complimentary snacks and beverages for its customers by April 14, after suspending service due to the pandemic.
According to the airline, passengers on both domestic and select short-haul international flights will once again have access to select bites and sips.
Complimentary selections will include Coca-Cola products, Seagram's Ginger Ale served in 7.5-oz. mini cans, Tip Top Proper Cocktails, juices, mixers, and Starbucks coffee and tea.
Snack offerings will consist of treats like Clif Bars, Biscoff cookies, Goldfish crackers, and almonds.
Customers flying in Delta One or First Class on select domestic coast-to-coast flights will see hot food options return in early June, while First Class customers on other key US routes will get fresh boxed meals beginning in early July.
Allison Ausband, SVP of in-flight service for Delta, said they've worked with Mayo Clinic to ensure that they safely serve food and beverages.
