(NASDAQ:ANAB), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing first-in-class antibody product candidates focused on unmet medical needs in inflammation, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $15.00 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase an additional 750,000 shares of common stock. The shares began trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market on January 26, 2017 under the symbol “ANAB.”
Credit Suisse and Stifel acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. JMP Securities and Wedbush PacGrow acted as co-managers.
