TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 20, 2017 -- Base Culture®, creator of the all-natural, gluten-free and Paleo-diet friendly baked goods and snacks, announces that its health-conscious brand will be available at Walmart stores in the U.S. starting in October.
"We are so incredibly thrilled to introduce our natural and nutritious products to the store shelves of the world's largest retailer," said Base Culture founder and CEO Jordann Windschauer, who launched the Florida-based company in 2012.
Base Culture® will bring its Sandwich Bread, Sweet Banana Bread, Nutty Pumpkin Bread, Almond Butter Brownie and Sticky Granola to the retail giant, offering wholesome sweet treats free of grains, dairy soy, refined salts, sugars, and preservatives. Walmart customers can find Base Culture® in the Paleo Frozen section of the store.
"Many people are trying to make healthier food shopping choices, and that's not always easy to do when it comes to snacks, breads, and baked treats," said Windschauer. "Expanding our products into Walmart - an easily-accessible retailer for many across the country - helps make those choices easier."
Base Culture is the only organization in the U.S. to earn six manufacturing facility certifications, including Women Owned, Certified Gluten-Free (GF), Verified Non-Genetically Engineered (Non-GMO), certified by OU Kosher, Certified Paleo and Level 2 certified (SQF Program).
In addition to Walmart, consumers can also find Base Culture® products at Amazon.com, Florida-based Whole Foods Natural Markets, Nuggets Market and Central Market. Base Culture® products are sold in over 100 independent natural food market places around the U.S. For locations, visit www.baseculture.com.
