HOUSTON, March 23, 2017 -- Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:BLCM) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. The aggregate offering size, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, is expected to be approximately $60.0 million. The offering is expected to close on or about March 29, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.
Citigroup and Jefferies are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering. Guggenheim Securities, Ladenburg Thalmann, Raymond James and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey are acting as co-managers.
