CHINO, Calif., Sept. 29, 2017 -- Chino Commercial Bancorp (OTCBB:CCBC) announced today that it has completed its previously announced public offering of 307,883 shares of common stock at a price of $15.00 per share. The Company received subscriptions for more shares that were available under the offering. The Company received net proceeds of approximately $4,413,091 after deducting offering expenses; and issued a total of 318,088 shares, including 10,205 bonus shares.
The Company has filed an offering statement (including an Offering Circular) with the SEC for the offering, which was qualified by the SEC on June 21, 2017. The offering statement is available on the SEC's web site at http://www.sec.gov.
