President Trump has outlined an extensive, controversial plan aimed at dismantling what he refers to as the "Deep State," a move that he claims will shift power back to the American people and root out entrenched corruption within the government. In a fiery address, Trump promised to take unprecedented steps, targeting federal agencies and intelligence networks he asserts have been weaponized against conservatives and political dissenters.
“This is how I will shatter the Deep State and restore government that is controlled by the people and for the people,” Trump declared. He emphasized that this plan is essential to reclaiming democracy from what he described as a “corrupt” and “entrenched” Washington establishment.
Targeting “Rogue Bureaucrats” and the Intelligence Community
Trump’s first move, he stated, will be to reissue his 2020 Executive Order that gives the president sweeping authority to remove federal employees deemed disloyal or counterproductive to his agenda. “I will wield that power very aggressively,” Trump asserted, indicating that bureaucrats who resist his administration’s policies could find themselves swiftly removed.
The former president also vowed to “clean out” the intelligence and national security apparatus, claiming these entities are rife with actors committed to undermining conservative voices. “Faceless bureaucrats will never again be able to target and persecute conservatives, Christians, or any political enemies,” he said, accusing current intelligence agencies of fostering a hostile environment against his supporters.

Continuing his effort to decentralize Washington, Trump reiterated a promise to relocate thousands of government jobs out of the nation’s capital. He cited the Bureau of Land Management’s move to Colorado under his administration as a model, suggesting that up to 100,000 positions could be transferred to regions where “patriots who love America” live.

In a move aimed at preventing conflicts of interest, Trump’s plan includes barring federal bureaucrats from accepting jobs with the very companies they regulate. “It doesn’t work that way,” he stated, emphasizing his commitment to end this “public display” of influence peddling.
To cap off his agenda, Trump proposed a constitutional amendment imposing term limits on members of Congress, aiming to break what he calls a “cycle of career politicians” who, he says, prioritize personal gain over public service.
