‘Dragon Ball Heroes’ season 2 episode 2 release date, spoilers: Beerus vs. Universe 7 battle has been set

“Dragon Ball Heroes” season 2, episode 2, will not be about the “Universal Conflict” anymore but a new arc will be introduced. It is coming with the “Big Bang Mission” arc that will feature the Gods of Destruction and their battle with the Universal 7 fighters.

Story synopsis

“Dragon Ball Heroes” season 2, episode 2, will arrive with the story titled “Fu's Plan! The Threat of the Dreadful Universal Tree!" Its plot summary has been shared by DBSChronicles on Twitter and it reads: "Goku and co. confront Beerus in an all-out war but they're nothing before his huge power. In the tensed atmosphere, Goku Xeno and co. appear and after being told about the tree, they look up and saw that the roots of a huge tree have covered the sky, and Fu is with a black bird."

As stated there will be a big battle involving Beerus and the Universal fighters that will be led by Goku in “Dragon Ball Heroes” season 2 episode 2. Apparently, this will pick up from the previous episode where the gods of destruction came down for a still unknown reason and they want to quash Goku and the rest.

Their coming down already signified the start of a new war though it is not very clear yet why the gods are determined to punish and annihilate the universal fighters. In other words, the source or cause of their anger has yet to be revealed in “Dragon Ball Heroes” season 2 episode 2.

Furthermore, aside from the expected duel between the powerful gods and heroes, Comic Book revealed that it would not just the usual heroes like Goku who will have a faceoff with the deities who destroy planets, but the less mentioned ones like Trunks, You and the Xeno fighters will also be in the scene to showcase their prowess as they try to beat the destroyers.

Most probably, the highlight of “Dragon Ball Heroes” season 2 episode 2’s is the fight between the Universe 7 fighters and Beerus. He actually stopped the other gods from attacking the heroes and the planet when he told them that rather than destroying Earth in an instant, he would give Son Goku, Son Gohan, Vegeta, Piccolo, Trunks of the Time Patrol, Krillin and Android 17, a chance to defend their planet so the battle began. Then again, it was predicted that something would happen and the battle between the two camps will be halted.

“Dragon Ball Heroes” season 2, episode 2, is set to premiere on April 9.
