NEW YORK, Oct. 16, 2017 -- Guggenheim Investments, the global asset management and investment advisory business of Guggenheim Partners, has been recognized by financial advisors surveyed by Cogent Reports as one of the asset management industry’s most widely read and shared providers of investment thought leadership.
Guggenheim Investments’ thought leadership program is a product of the Macroeconomic and Investment Research team, under Global Chief Investment Officer Scott Minerd's leadership. They are assisted by the Thought Leadership and the Brand Marketing organization who develop and communicate market perspectives and Guggenheim Investments’ outlook. According to Cogent Reports’ analysis, Guggenheim’s thought leadership program is ranked in the top five of all asset management firms in terms of readership and sharing by advisors.
Among the highly-regarded thought-leadership content is Mr. Minerd’s heralded CIO Outlook, which provides timely and unique insight on global market trends and their potential impact to investors. Other valued components of the firm’s thought leadership program include the Fixed-Income Outlook, which provides a quarterly review of relative value and opportunity across different fixed-income sectors, and the High Yield and Bank Loan Outlook, which focuses on developments in this specific sector. The firm has also developed a compelling program of video content and an active social media presence to serve financial advisors and other investors.
“We are proud of the tremendous value that financial advisors place upon our macroeconomic perspective and research,” Mr. Minerd said. “Our macroeconomic and thought leadership teams work very hard to provide advisors and clients with proprietary thinking that helps them better understand the issues impacting global markets and make stronger investment decisions. I am especially proud of our macroeconomic, editorial and branding team and welcome this significant recognition of our world-class work.”
Jerry W. Miller, President of Guggenheim Investments added: “Guggenheim Investments continues to provide advisors and their clients with timely and relevant investment insights highlighting the depth and rigor of our fundamental research. We are pleased that advisors recognize and value the quality of the firm’s work, which is also reflected in our investment process and across our innovative products and strategies.”
The Cogent Report reflects the results of a survey of approximately 1,000 financial advisors conducted between April and June 2017. According to the report, Guggenheim Investments was one of only three firms that financial advisors placed among the top five in both readership and subsequent sharing of the firm’s thought leadership communications.
