TEMPLE CITY, Calif., Sept. 06, 2016 -- Fulgent Genetics, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. Fulgent Genetics has applied to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Market under “FLGT”.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Piper Jaffray & Co. are serving as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Raymond James & Associates, Inc. will act as lead manager for the proposed offering and BTIG will act as co-manager.
