People would, without a doubt, love to see Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton tie the knot sometime soon. While April and the months afterwards were a period filled with Stefani and Shelton being asked about marriage and wedding rumors, the former stated that the people will know if they're engaged when the couple announces it publicly
There's no engagement to put off if there was no official engagement to start with. Blake Shelton has already mentioned that while he does think about marrying Gwen Stefani, he does not think the couple's marriage would happen anytime soon. And while Gwen Stefani gushes about how she thinks about getting married to Shelton all the time, she is too busy at the moment.
Gwen Stefani's Just a Girl Las Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood does not end until March 2019. That's 25 shows for Stefani in a span of 10 months. The busiest she'll be will be this July, with nine shows, and during the tail end of her residency, with eight shows in March.
Blake Shelton's career is equally hectic, with him being busy with his ever-growing restaurant business. The latest news about Blake Shelton, restaurateur, is his plan to open a new Ole Red venue at Gatlinburg, TN. The new venue will hopefully be constructed by February or March of 2019, almost the same timeline as the end of Gwen Stefani's residency in Las Vegas. And that's not even including Shelton's hectic schedule when season 15 of “The Voice” comes to town.
While everyone wishes that the Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton power couple would get married as much as the two star musicians already think about getting married, a misinformed wish for an engagement between the two is simply a misreading of how truly in love they are with each other and yet have personal careers to wrap up and win with at life.
